Surviving are his wife, Haley Lynn Kirkland Forrest, Dothan, AL; two daughters, Bonnie Joy Forrest and Baylee Sue Forrest both of Dothan, AL; a brother & sister-in law, Josh (Audrey) Forrest, Alabaster, AL; Brother-in-law, John David Kirkland, Tuscaloosa, AL; Nephews, Ben Forrest & Avery Forrest; numerous aunts & uncles; father-in-law and mother-in-law, David & Joy Kirkland. Mr. Locascio worked for the New York City Transit Authority as a Bus Driver for nineteen years prior to his retirement and he served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was of the Catholic Faith. Homer was an active member of Enterprise Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon.
